Make New Phys. Invt. Recording Batch Job
You can use this batch job to create a physical inventory recording for the current physical inventory order. If there is already an existing physical inventory recording, the program will assign automatically the next free Recording No. , otherwise the program will assign the value 1.
You can define which physical inventory order lines are included in the batch job by setting filters on the fields of the physical inventory order line. The program will generate a new physical inventory recording line for every physical inventory order line, as long the physical inventory order line is within the assigned filter values.
Options
Only Lines Not In Recordings: Place a checkmark in the box if you want the program to generate a new physical inventory recording line only in that case, that the data do not exist in any other physical inventory recording line.
You can use this option for instance to generate all not recorded physical inventory order lines, if there are already some physical inventory recordings for a physical inventory order.
Recording Without Order Permit: Place a checkmark in the box if you want the program to generate a new physical inventory recording line as if the Recording without order permit field was check marked.
Note
If you will run the batch job more than once using different filter settings, it is possible to create different physical inventory recordings for one physical inventory order. This could be useful to create recording documents for different persons, who are taking the physical inventory.
