Recording without order permit Field, Phys. Invt. Recording Header Table

This field shows, if it is possible, to record lines for this physical inventory recording, if the contents of the 4 fields Item No., Variant Code, Location Code and Bin Code does not exist in some physical inventory order line.

The program takes note of the contents of this field, if you change the Status of the physical inventory recording to Finished.

If there is a check mark in the field, the program generates automatically new physical inventory order lines for all combinations of the values in the 4 fields, which are not existing in any existing inventory order line. The generated line(s) will be marked with a check mark in the field Recorded without Order. In the other case the program will cancel the try to finish the physical inventory recording with an error message.
