属性	説明
pid	Language 管理プロパティのための管理プロパティ ID。必須。
name	ランク付けパラメーターの名前。オプション。
default	ランク付けパラメーターの既定値。必須。
weight	ランク付けパラメーターに割り当てられた重み。必須。

Value	Description
1	The primary language of the query is the same as the primary language of the stored LCID or is LCID neutral.
0	The primary language of the query is not the same as the primary language of the stored LCID.
