SSL(Secure Sockets Layer) 통신이 필요한지 여부를 나타내는 값을 가져오거나 설정합니다.
이 API는 제품 인프라를 지원하며 코드에서 직접 사용되지 않습니다.

설명
RequireSSL 속성 하거나 RFC 2109에 설명 된 대로 보안 쿠키 특성의 출력을 사용 하지 않도록 설정 합니다. 호환 브라우저에서 사용할 쿠키만 SSL/TLS를 사용 하 여 연결을 통해 다시 전송 됩니다. 기본값은 false입니다.
