Exceções

.NET Framework e versões do .NET Core anteriores à 2.1: destFileName está vazia, contém apenas espaços em branco ou contém caracteres inválidos.

Ocorre um erro ou o arquivo de destino já existe.

O chamador não tem a permissão necessária.

destFileName é null.

Um caminho de diretório foi passado ou o arquivo está sendo movido para outra unidade.

O diretório especificado no destFileName não existe.

O caminho especificado, o nome de arquivo, ou ambos excedem o tamanho máximo definido pelo sistema.

Use o CopyTo(String, Boolean) método para permitir a substituição de um arquivo existente.

Cuidado

Sempre que possível, evite usar nomes de arquivo curtos (como XXXXXX~1.XXX) com esse método. Se dois arquivos tiverem nomes de arquivo curtos equivalentes, esse método poderá falhar e gerar uma exceção e/ou resultar em um comportamento indesejável

Use esse método para permitir ou impedir a substituição de um arquivo existente. Use o CopyTo(String) método para impedir a substituição de um arquivo existente por padrão.
