Для свойства требуется CipherAlgorithm значение , Null если NoEncryption значение перечисления используется для создания экземпляраSslStream.

Windows Server 2003 и Windows XP не поддерживают значение Null . Таким образом, даже если Null для создания экземпляра SslStream используется значение , EncryptionPolicy свойство будет иметь значение None. Значение Null возвращается только в Windows Vista и более поздних версиях.
