Используйте это свойство для сохранения ключа в контейнере ключей.
Свойству PersistKeyInCsp автоматически присваивается значение , true
если вы указываете имя контейнера ключа в KeyContainerName поле объекта и используете его для инициализации RSACryptoServiceProviderCspParameters объекта путем вызова одного из конструкторов с параметром parameters
.
Свойство PersistKeyInCsp не оказывает никакого влияния, RSACryptoServiceProvider если объект создается с null
именем контейнера ключа.
