Resource id of the storage account to be used to create the blobs

Blob naming convention for archive, e.g. {Namespace}/{EventHub}/{PartitionId}/{Year}/{Month}/{Day}/{Hour}/{Minute}/{Second}. Here all the parameters (Namespace,EventHub .. etc) are mandatory irrespective of order
