Examples

The following code example demonstrates how to specify an event handler for the PreviousButtonClick event. Each time the Previous button is clicked, the BorderWidth property for the Wizard control is decreased by 1 pixel, as measured by the Unit class.

Remarks

The PreviousButtonClick event is raised when the Previous button is clicked.

Raising an event invokes the event handler through a delegate. For more information, see Handling and Raising Events.

The OnPreviousButtonClick method also allows derived classes to handle the event without attaching a delegate. This is the preferred technique for handling the event in a derived class.

Notes to Inheritors

When overriding the OnPreviousButtonClick(WizardNavigationEventArgs) method in a derived class, be sure to call the OnPreviousButtonClick(WizardNavigationEventArgs) method of the base class so that registered delegates receive the event.
