A class representing a collection of SecurityInsightsAlertRuleResource and their operations. Each SecurityInsightsAlertRuleResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of OperationalInsightsWorkspaceSecurityInsightsResource. To get a SecurityInsightsAlertRuleCollection instance call the GetSecurityInsightsAlertRules method from an instance of OperationalInsightsWorkspaceSecurityInsightsResource.
