SmsClient()	初始化的新实例 SmsClient 进行模拟。
SmsClient(String)	初始化 SmsClient 的新实例。
SmsClient(String, SmsClientOptions)	初始化 SmsClient 的新实例。
SmsClient(Uri, AzureKeyCredential, SmsClientOptions)	初始化 SmsClient 的新实例。
SmsClient(Uri, TokenCredential, SmsClientOptions)	初始化 SmsClient 的新实例。

Send(String, IEnumerable<String>, String, SmsSendOptions, CancellationToken)	从属于经过身份验证的帐户的电话号码发送短信。
Send(String, String, String, SmsSendOptions, CancellationToken)	向短信 `from` 发送经过身份验证的帐户获取的电话号码（ `to` 另一个电话号码）。
SendAsync(String, IEnumerable<String>, String, SmsSendOptions, CancellationToken)	从属于经过身份验证的帐户的电话号码发送短信。
SendAsync(String, String, String, SmsSendOptions, CancellationToken)	向短信 `from` 发送经过身份验证的帐户获取的电话号码（ `to` 另一个电话号码）。
