Hello,

I'm trying to create a E5 Subscription but when I get to phone verification step for the last 2 weeks or so.
I get an error while trying to send the code to my phone number:

We can't continue with the signup process for the following reason:
Your phone number did not pass security checks.

I've been using this phone number for over 20 years.
Tried also the phone of my wife and other phone numbers

The exact error message:
We can't continue with the signup process for the following reason:

Your phone number did not pass security checks.
MS-CorrelationID: dd0ee92c-5d52-4c35-9d3b-12e3dedb2bb9

Code: 40341

Please help!

    Follow up: My phone number was fine. I created a new Live account, enabled an E5 Developer Sandbox account, and validated with a phone number. To the extent that I could isolate the problem, my legacy Live account was never going to validate any phone number in the E5 Dev.

    Has this been fixed or is there any solution to the issue? I am taking a course and it still gives me the same error as above: We can't continue with the signup process for the following reason: Your phone number did not pass security checks. MS-CorrelationId: 00000000-6261-46d1-84aa-414babc3a2bc Code: 40301 Note: I also used a different number not associated with MS; this is still an error.

    I'm facing the same error, with no obvious explanation: "Set up your Microsoft 365 E5 configurable sandbox"
