I am facing a similar problem when I am working on a word-document.
- I open the document from my business onedrive folder.
- i have auto-save ticked on.
- on the left right I see my user picture and when I open it it says that there is an error in the account: my account cannot be opened right now and therefore i need to sign in.. [either way, the document is still auto-saving in my business onedrive account]
- when i hit sign-in I get a pop-up screen with a list of my business e-mail address, followed by 2 other organisation addresses: I used to work for them and they gave me a user account, which I was using with the offices 365 that i already have installed on my laptop. I am not working for them any more and don't need access to those addresses.
- when I click on my own business account to sign in, I get the Selected user account does not exist in tenant [one of the two organisations] and cannot access the application" error.
question:
- how/where do I remove those two old addresses from my system?
