Every physical inventory order has one ore more physical inventory recordings. The physical inventory order determines which item has to count in which location/bin. The physical inventory recording determines how to perform the physical inventory in detail - this means in the physical inventory recording lines you can enter the counted quantities.
Every physical inventory recording is linked unequivocal to one physical inventory order. A physical inventory order can have one or more physical inventory recordings.
A physical inventory recording consists of a physical inventory recording header and a number of physical inventory recording lines.
The physical inventory recording header contains the information, that is common for all physical inventory recording lines.
When finishing a physical inventory recording, the program will transfer the summarized results to the linked inventory order lines. A physical inventory order can't be finished until all linked physical inventory recordings are finished.
