When i open my teams and go to copilot app, it gets stuck loading and never works. if i do a popup of the icon, it loads fine. it is just the main teams app that copilot wont load

I ask CoPilot to review the Word document and come up with suggestions, e.g., how to improve language. CoPilot comes up with suggestions. How do I implement those? I assume I'm not supposed to do this manually, but I don't understand how to do it?
