Adding a Thumbnail Image to Viva Learning

Dear MS Team, Can you let us know if this issue still persist? Please let me know if there is a workaround to add a thumbnail image from an org. SharePoint so that, it shows up on Viva Learning.

No option to recommend or create learning path as global admin.
